ELISA/CLIA
Introduction
e-Proteins develops avidin ELISA CLIA applications that enhance assay sensitivity and reduce background noise. Our solutions ensure precise and reproducible diagnostic results for every immunoassay.
Higher Biotin-Binding Capacity
As shown above, Neutralite Avidin demonstrates superior biotin-binding capacity compared to streptavidin, resulting in enhanced assay performance.
As illustrated, Neutralite Avidin exhibits 30% higher biotin-binding capacity versus streptavidin under identical assay conditions.
HRP (Link to HRP) finds use in ChemiLuminescent ImmunoAssays (CLIA). Specifically, this technology merges chemiluminescence’s sensitivity with immunoreaction specificity. In fact, HRP transforms a substrate into a chemiluminescent signal, emitting photons in the visible or near-visible range. As a result, the light produced directly correlates with the target analyte’s quantity in the sample. Consequently, the homogeneity of 3HRP enables direct quantification.
Furthermore, CLIA holds a significant advantage over the ELISA Method. In particular, it is far more sensitive due to signal amplification and multiplication. Moreover, it operates without the need for incubation time or stopping reagents.
