On gold nanoparticles (NGP) for lateral flow assays (LFA), HookDin delivered a 3× higher biotin-binding capacity versus monomeric streptavidin, resulting in higher signal sensitivity and a threefold delay of the high-dose hook effect.
HookDin—featuring the lowest known non-specific binding in its class—is tailor-made for spray deposition on LFA test lines.
